| Step 2 : The Preliminary Design and Drawings: |

This would provide conceptual designs along with the preliminary estimate of cost area wise. |
| Step 3 : The Drawings for Client's statutory requirements: |
 |
Once the designs are finalized the detailed drawings are prepared to comply with statutory requirements for approvals. |
| Step 4: The working drawings and the tender documents: |
 |
This would mean generating the schedule of quantities from the working drawings. The specifications and schedule of quantities would also be generated. The preparation of estimate of cost would then help prepare the tender documents and contract documents. |
| Step 5: The Appointment of contractors and the selection of best tender: |
 |
This is an interesting process of inviting contractors with their tenders. The analysis and scrutiny would then help us recommend the appropriate contractor that is not necessarily based on price alone. |
| Step 6: The Construction: |
 |
Construction is the real thing and the most interesting part. The preparation and issue of working drawings would give clear and detailed instruction for the execution of works during construction.
The approval of samples of various elements and components would then follow.
The next step is to check and approve shop drawings and bills submitted by the contractor and any other vendor that might be involved.
The periodic visits to the site of work at various stages are designed to offer interpretation of the drawings, specifications and the proper support.
We would have conferences and meetings with clients, contractors and vendors to ensure that the project proceeds smoothly and on time.
The daily and weekly reports form site supervisor are crucial to monitor and speed up the construction works. . (Appointed by the client)

| Step 7: The Completion: |

It should always be a great joy in preparing and submitting completion reports. Obtaining of "Completion/Occupancy Certificate" from statutory authorities would follow this, wherever required. |
